Fire Safety Training
The Regulatory Reform Order 2005 has made it a legal requirement for all employees to receive fire safety training from a competent person.
This training should take place on induction and at regular intervals.
Phoenix Fire Risk Assessments delivers a professional fire safety training programme tailored to meet the requirements of the above legislation. Our consultant is F.I.Fire.E (Fellow of the Institution of Fire Engineers) qualified, with a minimum 25 year experience in fire safety.
No business is too small. Our courses can cater for between 1-12 employees, a price reduction can be offered for multiple courses.
The 2 hours course will cover;
- Legal requirements
- Personal safety in a fire situation
- Duties of a Fire Marshal
- Importance of an evacuation plan
- Basic fire principles
- Fire classification
- Fire extinguisher selection, use and limitation
- Hands-on training with fire extinguishers
Attendance certificates will be awarded on completion of the course.
